About

The view
from above.

A mezzanine is the in-between floor. Not ground level, not the upper deck. The elevated vantage point in a theater where you can see both the stage and the crowd. That's how we work: a social media agency in Bengaluru handling strategy, content, community, and paid social.

In finance, a mezzanine is the middle layer that connects debt and equity. The Mezzanine is a social media agency that occupies that same strategic middle ground: between a brand and its audience, between culture and commerce, between data and creative instinct.

We see what others miss because we operate from a vantage point most agencies don't even know exists.

How we're structured

Three floors, one building.

Upper floor · Audience

Culture, attention, and taste move fast up here. We track what your audience actually cares about this week, not what the brand guidelines assumed six months ago.

The Mezzanine · Us

This is where we work: translating what's happening upstairs into a strategy the business downstairs can actually execute, and translating the business back into something the audience wants to engage with.

Ground floor · Brand

The business, the product, the P&L. Every recommendation we make has to hold up down here too. Social strategy that looks great and does nothing for the business isn't strategy.

A note from the team

Why we started here.

We kept watching brands get stuck in the same place: either speaking fluent internal-strategy but landing flat with real audiences, or chasing culture so hard they forgot what the business actually needed. The gap between those two things is where we chose to build.

That's the whole premise of The Mezzanine: staff the middle floor properly, and both ends of the building work better.

How we talk

Confident, not performative.

"We know what works because we've tested it, broken it, and rebuilt it."

Confident, not arrogant.

"Your engagement is flat because your content talks at people, not with them."

Sharp, not cold.

"The trend peaked Tuesday. Here's what's replacing it and why it matters for you."

Culturally aware.
